- COLLECT FROM STORE
Please bring your confirmation email with you when you come to collect your order. Orders will be ready to collect the following day after they have been placed. Collection is Tuesday - Saturday 10 - 4.30pm.
PLEASE NOTE - Your 14 days exchange/return period starts when your order is ready to collect, so please ensure orders are picked up as soon as possible.

Most of our items are sent using DPD Local. To track your order please use the 'tracking ID' from your shipping email on DPD Local website to see the status or please call DPD Local on 0121 275 0505 and they will be able to update you with the status of your parcel.
We cannot guarantee Next Day delivery if ordered on a Sunday and Bank Holiday purchases as we don't have a collection those days, so this is out of our control.
All deliveries will be attempted twice before the order is returned back to us. If your order is returned back to us, we will remove the cost of delivery back to us from your refund.
All parcels returned to sender due to the customer entering an invalid/incomplete address the customer will incur the charge of the original postage plus the cost of postage to return the item back to us.
If you request your parcel to be left in a safe place, we can not be held liable for any missing parcels and the responsibility will lie with yourself as the courier will be under your instruction if you change the delivery instructions.
**UK NEXT DAY** sent through DPD Local. Orders received before 2pm Mon-Thurs will be dispatched that day. Orders AFTER 2pm on a working day and non working day will be dispatched on the next working day. i.e: Friday afternoon after 2pm, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holiday orders will be dispatched the next working day.
**SATURDAY NEXT DAY** sent through DPD Local. Orders must be placed from THURSDAY after 2pm to FRIDAY before 2pm you MUST select SATURDAY NEXT DAY otherwise we cannot guarantee delivery on the Saturday.
EXAMPLE – if you order on a Saturday or Sunday your order will be sent on Monday, which is the next working day except for Bank Holiday Mondays, then it would be the next available working day.
**The following postcodes are harder to reach places of the UK including Northern Ireland for which we ship through Royal Mail. Standard delivery is sent 2nd class Signed For. Next day delivery is sent through Royal Mail also. Orders placed before 12pm Mon-Thurs will be dispatched that day. Orders AFTER 12pm on a working day and non working day will be dispatched on the next working day

We currently offer a 3-5 working day delivery service to all ROI customers.
Please note custom and taxes are paid for by the customer. If you have any questions on how much you will be charged, please contact your local customs office.
Any parcels returned to us due to customs and taxes not being paid, will incur the delivery and return charge, which will be deducted from your refund.

All pre orders will be sent together with the rest of your parcel. If you would like this sending separately please contact us so we can quote extra postage.

OUR RETURNS POLICY
THIS POLICY RELATES TO OUR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY. OUR IN-STORE POLICY IS DIFFERENT AND TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THOSE PURCHASES CAN BE FOUND ON THE IN-STORE RECEIPTS PROVIDED WHEN PURCHASING AN ITEM.
Need to return your order? No problem! You can return any item for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
All that we ask is that items are unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
Please allow up to 7 working days for EndBoutique to process your return and refund.
Your bank may take 5-10 working days to show the refund in your account.
Please inform us within 7 days if there is a problem with your order.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
That's easy! You can find all of the information to make a return within your parcel.
Simply fill in your returns form and enclose this with your parcel.
Items must be returned at the customers expense.

Please be careful when trying on your gorgeous garments. We cannot refund items that are marked with tans, makeup or creams and in an unsaleable condition.
PLEASE NOTE: ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT ACCEPTED AS A RETURN, (DUE TO NOT BEING IN A SALEABLE CONDITION) MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THE CUSTOMER BEING NOTIFIED AND MUST BE RETURNED TO SENDER, OR WILL BE DESTROYED. THE CUSTOMER WILL INCUR A £4.99 SHIPPING CHARGE FOR THE UNSALEABLE ITEM TO BE RETURNED TO THEM.
All postage costs are non-refundable.
We recommend you send all returns Signed For/Tracked as we cannot be held accountable for items lost in the post. Items which are not received in the timeframe and not in their original condition as defined above, will be held by us until either return postage is paid or another agreement is reached, so please take due care when trying on your order. We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns Policy.
