All UK & offshore deliveries are dispatched Monday to Friday up to 14:00, this excludes Bank Holidays and weekends. We do not deliver on weekends unless the Saturday option has been selected, however please note this service is not guaranteed.
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information provided at the checkout is accurate. GlamDoll cannot be held responsible for any errors made, this includes incorrect postcodes, missing door numbers and/or street names. Our delivery system relies on all information to be input at the checkout to allow us to deliver your order within the specified timescales. GlamDoll or the chosen courier service will not be held responsible for missing or late deliveries due to incorrect or missing information and will not be liable to reimburse any costs associated.
A signature may be required upon delivery, and most deliveries will be attempted twice. This may differ should there be any issues with your delivery. If you are not available to accept delivery the courier will leave a calling card and/or send a notification via SMS or email to advise that delivery has been attempted (please follow the instructions on the calling card, SMS or email). Please note that the courier may also leave your parcel with a neighbour. If the parcel is not successfully delivered to you the parcel will be returned to us. Please note that if you specify delivery instructions to be followed if you are out, this could be to leave with a neighbour or a safe place on your property where your parcel can be left - this is at your own risk. GlamDoll cannot be held responsible for the loss of your parcel.
You will be issued with tracking information from your chosen service and can keep up to date with the status of your delivery by visiting the relevant site and entering the tracking information provided. Should you miss your delivery it will be return to us. Additional postage charges may apply for re-deliveries.
During busy periods deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your order within 5 working days from the date you have ordered, please contact Customer Services at email@example.com

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (DUTY & VAT)
We currently offer a 3-5 working day delivery service.
All deliveries to the destinations outside the UK are subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time of delivery in your country. You will be liable for applicable duties, fees and additional charges from customs. GlamDoll will not be held responsible to cover these charges.
You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. We will not be liable or responsible if you do not pay any such import duties or taxes.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law;.
If you return any Products to us from a destination outside the UK, please ensure that the return parcel is marked clearly with the wording “Return to supplier” or wording having similar effect.
The price displayed for goods/services remains the same for all customers regardless of the country of delivery
Any parcels returned to us due to customs and taxes not being paid, will incur the delivery and return charge, which will be deducted from your refund.
The following postcodes are harder to reach places in the UK including Northern Ireland. For these postcodes we ship through Royal Mail.

Standard delivery is sent 2nd class Signed For and Next day delivery is sent First Class delivery.
Orders placed before 12pm Mon-Thurs will be dispatched that day. Orders AFTER 12pm on a working day and non working day will be dispatched on the next working day
COLLECT FROM STORE
Please bring your confirmation email with you when you come to collect your order. Orders will be ready to 24-48 hours after they have been placed. Collection is Tuesday - Saturday 10-2pm.
PLEASE NOTE - Your 14 days exchange/return period starts when your order is ready to collect, so please ensure orders are picked up as soon as possible.
All pre orders will be sent together with the rest of your parcel. If you would like this sending separately please contact us so we can quote extra postage.
